By accessing or using The Vibe Marketer platform ("Service") operated by BoringMarketing, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

The Vibe Marketer provides:

• Access to a curated directory of n8n automation workflows
• A members-only community platform
• Profile creation and networking features
• Educational resources related to marketing automation

3. Account Registration

3.1 Access Requirements

• Registration requires a valid access code
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. User Content and Conduct

5. Workflow Directory

5.1 Usage Rights

• Workflows are provided for educational and practical use
• You may use workflows in your own n8n instances
• Commercial redistribution of workflows is prohibited without permission

5.2 No Warranty

• Workflows are provided "as is" without warranty
• We do not guarantee workflows will meet your specific needs
• You are responsible for testing and validating workflows before use

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BoringMarketing, LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Member Content

Members retain ownership of their original content but grant us license to use it as described in Section 4.1.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BORINGMARKETING, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9.3 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoringMarketing, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
